The contact form does not store messages in the website database. Your message is only forwarded to us by email.
3. Website statistics
We measure visitor numbers with a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that processes no personal data and sets no cookies. There is no profiling.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use processors with whom we have concluded data processing agreements:
- Hosting provider (web server and email)
- Content delivery and security service (protection against attacks and overload)
- Scheduling service for introduction calls (only if you choose to use it)
Where a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
5. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), limited access rights and regular updates.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to [email protected]. We respond within one month.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
